Oliver joined our team in 2011 as a Consultant and Facilitator. Oliver is a classically trained actor with over 10 years experience working for the UK's most prestigious theatre companies including the Royal Shakespeare Company and Royal National Theatre. He is passionate about the common ground performance shares with business, speech, leadership and communication.

Trained by the world’s most renowned voice coaches, Oliver has worked as a speech trainer for organizations in the UK and Hong Kong and is able to quickly analyze and enhance clients’ vocal practices to optimize their spoken delivery. He has undergone rigorous training in pure movement and studied the influence that non-verbal communication can have over the spoken word. His expertise in voice and movement is complimented by a passion for writing, message structure and language. He believes mastering these core skills is increasingly vital for professionals in today’s world of advancing technologies and evolving business practices.

Raised in Hong Kong, Oliver is comfortable in a Chinese working environment. A proficient Cantonese and conversational Mandarin speaker, he has coached executives as well as film and TV celebrities in Hong Kong and China.
