Jane joined our
team in November 2009 as a Senior Consultant and Executive
Coach. Jane was chosen by Active Communication for her great
expertise in Ontological Coaching and her 20+ years in Human
Resources in the corporate and not for profit sector.
She has a passion for helping people to be effective in their
work and has incorporated coaching into each of her HR roles
and the organization’s people policy and practices in
a practical and meaningful way. She has designed and implemented
remuneration, recruitment, performance management systems
and worked with business leaders to improve organizational
effectiveness.
Jane works with organisations seeking high performance and
employee engagement, leaders seeking to inspire, managers
seeking to engage and motivate their people, teams seeking
to connect and collaborate, employees seeking to contribute
and excel.
