Oliver, Glad to report that I made it: Surprisingly, I had a wonderful performance at the wedding (Australian Banquet) in front of some 100 distinguished guests. Not only becoming a proud father of Joyce but also stealing the show by being an entertainer...... I've now even told my younger son getting married next year to allow me to give a speech again as I finally have learned to enjoy it, thanks to you. I was delighted at the points that I picked up from this course. Even though I am spending daily contact with clients, I have learned a considerable amount on how to improve my methods of presenting to customers. I now have far better knowledge as to how to capture an audience's attention, as well as how to make sure that you can maintain an interest level throughout a presentation and discussion. Furthermore, I have learned how certain skills in presenting can help persuade a customer to choose your company over a competitor, thus increasing your organizations revenue and image.
